Who is Hoyt Health and Fitness?

Hello! I am Naomi Hoyt, a Certified Personal Trainer,
RYT 200, and Functional Aging SpecialistTM. I also have certifications in Delay the DiseaseTM and CRP/AED. With strength training that improves your activities of daily living (lifting, pushing, pulling, standing), I focus on movements that will improve your quality of life, including better balance and reduced fall risk.

Do I Need Equipment?

If you are training in-person, we will provide the equipment you need for each session. We use weights, resistance bands, kettlebells, steps, and weighted bars. All equipment is thoroughly sanitized before and after each use.

For virtual training, we will either loan you equipment, use any equipment you may have at home (including common household items), or suggest a few inexpensive items for you to purchase.

What Are Your Fees?

Your initial fitness assessment is complimentary. This is a way for us to connect and discuss your experiences and goals.

In-person training sessions range from $65-$80 per session. Virtual training sessions range from $55-$70 per session.

Class rates range from $8-$15 per class.
